Here's what happened:
He's a beta male virgin like most nerds. He scored with a rather ugly chick, now his perception of "beauty" is warped and he makes the main character look more like his fuck-ogre for beta male reasons.

It's very lazy flash animation. When it used to be pixelated, it was mindblowing, now they just set up a handful of keyframes and it just tweens between them
