So why exactly are the monsters killing Heather...

So why exactly are the monsters killing Heather? Aren't they waiting for their god's new kingdom that can only come if Heather survives? Or are they just betting on Valtiel to revive her time after time?

I don't think the monsters know about paradise; or anything that isn't killing for that matter. They're more like a byproduct of baphomet's magic, just fear given form.

I want to FEAST on Heather’s pink slit of prizes. I want to bury my face into her soft pubic hair and breathe deeply of her prime.

They created by the town, if Heather dies you see Valtiel take he away so the god can be born. The God gains power through suffering and he death would help its birth, remember how Alyssa died when the incubus was born in 1?

What did he meme by this?

Is there a secret joke ending in the history of gaming that's better than the dog ending?

He is fucking with you.

>They created by the town
Nope.

SH3 UFO

I liked Shattered Soldier's. it comes close, but I think SH2 is still the best.

Are you saying the demon god using the spiritual energy of the town didn't manifest the monsters?

I wish you were being literal...

>tfw you will never enjoy the pleasures of this world with Vincent.

The monsters are cultists. They fight back because, while they want to die and be taken to paradise, Heather's corpse is as useful to the cult as her alive.

Kind of yes.
It's Alessa herself causing the projections.

There is no single will directing everything happening in Silent Hill. Or, if there is, we can't comprehend it and it's probably struggling with Alessa for control.
Either way, nobody is telling the monsters what the fuck to do.

How is Alyssa creating the monsters when Heather is her reincarnated?

Illbleed did this joke first with a human controlling a boss monster

“Video games”

I'm sure some faggot made weather man jokes before George Carlin, but he is still the best at that.

Its the demon god using the natural spiritual energy around the town that the indians used to worship. Alyssa did everything she could to oppose it in the nightmare she was trapped in, then she died, giving Harry Heather. She is gone, dead.

>How is Alyssa creating the monsters when Heather is her reincarnated?
You just stated out the obvious.

I've been thinking lately about the source of the monsters in Silent Hill and where all the fucking people went. We know a whole bunch moved away and a select few were killed, but it doesn't feel like to me that everyone or even most of the town moved away. In fact, most of the cult members probably stayed, so where the fuck are they?
So I've been thinking if the town can get twisted and turned, giant holes open up, the street is swallowed by fucking nothing and wood paneling and tiling can turn into rusted metal plates and grates, why shouldn't the same thing happen to people? Maybe the monsters really are just living beings from Silent Hill that succumbed and got twisted by the town. Thinking even further, maybe the same goes for people like Maria? Maybe she's just some random girl(s) that gets changed to that appearance by the town?

Kinda crackpot, but I like the idea.

Dipshit, its the demon baby that is literally inside her, Heather isn't doing it, Alyssa isn't doing it.

yeah, Valtiel will do his thing, if she dies and god will born anyway. Only reason why cultists just don't go and kill her, it's cause Claudia wants her to make that decision herself.

But we know the town is just a normal resort town when James visits. Its definitely on the decline in 1m and in a bad spot in 3,but I always figured you were just kinda out of phase in the town.

One of the later games more or less implied that this is what happens to people who enter the town but are unable to change the things that took them there in the first place.

This is what happens when you make all of the worst decisions possible.

Why is Pyramid head there when he is James' monster? Only James can see or interact with him. Well outside Maria who is also part of James' nightmare.

During 2? I'm pretty certain it's not a normal resort town during the events of 2 anymore, it's pretty much abandoned, not to mention the otherworld showing up.
I'm subscribing to the thought that everything happening is really happening, though, at least this is how I always interpreted what Harry said

>This whole town… it’s being invaded by the Otherworld. By a world of someone’s nightmarish delusions come to life… Little by little the invasion is spreading… Trying to swallow up everything in darkness.

No I mean when James and Mary visited it was a normal resort town. Which means they visited it before 1 I would think.

The term for them is apparently "boogeymen."
They appear to people who enter the town with lingering regret and self-hatred, iirc, manifestations of the punishment they inflict on themselves.

>Listening to anything that Tomm was involved in.
No, stop.

Yeah, I know but everything past maybe 4 isn't really all that >canon to me.
There is Leonard Wolf in 3 however, who got me started on this in the first place.

SIRENT HIR O NO UTA

Someone post the Heather Mason green texts

Oh, yeah, sure. I think it's safe to say that they visited before 1 and I also think that we can hazard that it was after the failed ritual, because the town coming after James would be pretty weird otherwise. But we also know that the symptoms and problems became gradually worse, with more and more locks breaking and holes opening up and shit. So I guess they could have visited early on, before shit became too bad? Isn't the resort also across the lake where things went bad more slowly/later on?

...

It could be before or after the ritual, I don't think the timing itself matters too much since they were there and the spiritual energy of the town could still effect him since he contact it. I would guess he visited after the ritual too but before 1 though.

Classic edit coming through.

It's what Pyramid head represented in 2 as well. James tells him "I don't need you anymore" after he kills him towards the end of the game, after he finally breaks down and confesses to his crime.

why are chicks with those kind of freckles so rare in real life?

Jesus, dude, proofread your shit

I guess the spiritual energy was still there, but it just feels more natural to me if they went after and he left an imprint in the already fucked town.

How come Eddie didn't see it? Also James doesn't kill Pyramid head, ever. They killed themselves.

I want to cum on that bottom lip, what a sweetheart.

>freckles are rare

huh? What?

I don't think Eddie regretted anything he did. Not long, anyway. He was just another psychotic victim, like Angela.

They aren't they just hide them with makeup because they think they're ugly, along with any skin blemishes.
I know this one angel with a birth mark on her neck. I'll never forget the first time I met her. I was in 6th grade, she was in 4th. I asked her "what's that on your neck?" I didn't mean anything by it. I'm covered from head to toe in freckles, so the notion that someone could be shy about that kind of thing was beyond me, but the look she gave me was heart breaking.
She still seems like she wears scarves a lot. Dunno how I can convince her that it's cute.

The faces in SH3 look so real, are they based off of the VAs or some models?

The monsters exist to beat her, to make her feel anger and hate in her heart as she kills them one by one (even if it is to survive). Only with enough rage will she be ready, as per Claudia.

Friendly reminder that the western games are canon and there is nothing you can do about it.

*writes in the Book of Memories that they are not canon*
Your move faggot

Nah, I can keep ignoring them. Games like Shattered Memories are not canon. The games that might fit don't matter. The franchise is dead now, and it's not like the Western era games added anything substantial.
