When you get 6000 tokens you have gotten all of the online exclusive rewards. You may have some treasure chest exclusive items left (treasure hunt chest have their own exclusive talismans and gestures). Do a treasure hunt and if you're only reward are precious gems then you're done with them too.
The only stuff that is left to get is from doing story and side missions, plus some rewards for beating Delvool and killing rare/giant Nevi.

There is nothing locked behind online, besides the ability to do the events themselves which are pretty fun. But zero content is locked behind online features, and the only thing inaccessible to people now is the White shifter outfit.
