I think it actually isn't in the main game, no. At least I haven't found it. Judging by the hud it's from Episode Duscae (A demo it had), but at least the weapon originates from the source material.

Originally it was Nomura who designed this, I think concept that engine part in sword was exist for a reason like make sword throw further to warpstrike or speed up combo like Nero sword in DMC4 but it never been used in the game.
