I agree with you, but when the fuck was a real scientist brought up in this thread? Certainly you're not talking about Nye, whose education has gone as far as a bachelor's in mechanical engineering. He seems like an intelligent guy and does a great job of communicating certain commonly misunderstood concepts in science to the general public, but he's not a professional (by the literal definition) scientist.

Bill Nye has said some really stupid shit before but if this is real then this definitely takes the cake.
