There's nothing to that design at all. She's a white girl with orange hair and native American clothes. It's literally the flattest line of creativity you could get with that idea. How much do you feel the designer looked at his sketch and said "Fuck I NAILED it with this one?"
Photo realistic designs are sometimes very nice but there's no point if you're not going to do anything interesting at all with it.
