name of game?
How do you get motion sickness from a game you fucking faggot?
play on consoles
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Also, I'm absolutely terrible at it; I don't even understand the basics of combat.
70 FOV
Is your first time playing Quake or Half-Life 1 properly?
Is this the only reason ppl play anime games?
I guess this image is appropriate.
Try raising the FOV with console commands.
What would the command be to do that? I can't seem to find it from Googling.
Is this what happens when console players play at 60fps?

Was playing Doom 4 and got a headache lasting like 30 seconds. It was weird because games never give me headaches
for me it's the other way around, when fps go below 30 it literally makes me nauseous, so basically every fucking console fps, specially the ones that use the source engine.
Found it. It's default_fov [angle], default being 85.
I got some shocking motion sickness playing the witness. Goes to show its not necessary fast paced games that cause it.
Original Doom has always given me horrible headaches.
Also Corpse Party Blood Drive for some reason.
This happened to me when I try and play Half-life 2 or the new doom. No other games I've tried seem to do it. Are there any settings I can try changing to fix this?
Have you tried taking some dramamine?
It's an over the counter motion sickness drug, and I have a lot of luck using it when deep sea fishing since I puke like a motherfucker otherwise.
only time it ever happened to me was with anti-chamber. which is a pity because I like puzzles. stopped once and remembered to get a second (or was it third?) color by going x way since it was a bit obvious, the second time I stopped playing the break was too long and couldnt rememeber the game. Literally cannot finish the game cause I get too sick to play. Only game that does this.
Also not as hard as people say. Decided to only read the hints cause they are neat and pretty much the only text in game sides a few things
I have the same problem when I was playing Deus ex Human revolution for the second time.
Turns out, since I bought a monitor and sat close to the screen, that was the problem, not the game.
So I sat farther away and that fixed it.
I also heard turning up the FOV helps out too if you sit close to the screen.
half life 2 did that to me when playing on anything larger than a regular monitor
I also get motion sick from games. Mostly fps. Looks like I'll never get to enjoy vr.
>playing NuDoom on Switch
>only 30fps but still good
>tell friends I wish it was faster and wish it had a sprint button
>they think I'm joking
lol imagine getting cucked by physics
That's why I always turn off motion blur. Helps a bit.
>only 30fps but still good
I also got it for the switch and everything is so godamn blurry it pissed me off, holy shit what a horrible port. Not to mention there is no performance upgrade when docked for fuck knows what reason
