you're retarded, with that mentality you'll never get good at tekken, the guy is obviously trash to still be in blue ranks with 286 wins so he probably has double the losses.

I'm not complaining about it. We were pretty evenly matched. I just thought it was strange to be matched against somebody with 250+ more wins than me.

Wins are how LONG you've played, not how good you are. Being in blue ranks at nearly 300 matches? He sucks.

I've been playing since Tekken 1. I'm maining Leo. I keep getting to Grand Master but then I get demoted. Can't seem to win consistently enough

Well I don't know much about leo but you're prob not spamming the b1,4 mixup enough. For more practical advice learn the one player game better, make sure you know a combo for every situation like counterhit crumples or shit like counterhit wakeup 3. Know your frame traps and whatnot and develop a bit of a flowchart for situations. Learning how to apply your offense correctly should carry you to yellow ranks before you really need to worry about learning character specific defense and more advanced defense options and these are things you'll pick up too along the way.

Its how ELO's work. You advance too fast, and you get harder opponents. If you lose, you lower down in rank and get proper ranking.

She has great kicks, that's why I like her. Everyone says she's one of the slowest characters in the game though. I can't see it since they all feel slow when they're in my hands. I can't deal with the aggressive pressure game.
