Blue has literally never won. Every time without fail Green slaps them into the shadow realm. Even when Green is focused on an important project, it only takes one or two of them to completely wipe every last bligger tunnel rat from the map. You might as well just have the blue intel spawn on top of green's tent, because that's where it always ends up. If Blue were able to pick up their own intel I bet they'd just hand it over to avoid the embarrassment altogether.
