It's also really cathartic, because the dungeons feel extremely stifling when you're securing your route to the treasure with the constant interruptions for dialogue and stupid puzzles and shit, but once Life Will Change starts playing there's no more bullshit and you're free to just blast through the dungeon, it's great.

There are some genuinely good tracks in P5, though. Layer Cake is excellent. When Mother was There and the Kaneshiro palace theme are thematically excellent.
P3 has excellent music as well. Apples to oranges comparing smt/persona and drak/nier anyway.
