Wouldn't stop people from 'releasing' the game.

I am fucking tired of early access shit though

...

Steam wouldn't give me a refund on an episodic game that only released two episodes before the company folded.

...

Wow, shadman can be funny
If you liked this game, what's the problem here?

...

I mean I've played a couple of games where Early Access is actually very justified and the devs actually used Early Access for its intended purpose, i.e. taking player data and adjusting the game for that during production. Both Darkest Dungeon and Nuclear Throne development teams regularly adjusted things according to player data and Nuclear Throne even did weekly streams with the community. Both those games work well with the model because the randomness factor in them is pretty intense, so it can be hard to see trends without a decent amount of people playing. But yes a lot of people just abuse it to sell a game 30% finished done at 100% the price.

shad can be fun when he's not being an edgy tryhard, or drawing porn since his art is shit.

...

If you liked the game, just don't refund it and keep playing. If you feel like the developer didn't deliver on their promisses and fucked off with the money *cough*DayZ*cough* then you should get a refund because you haven't (and likely never will, let's be real) gotten what you were promised. Giving someone money for a product in good faith should not just be shit on.

>Chromatic Aberration
shad a shit

Well you can refund a game oncenit leaves early access. Or is that a rumour?

I enter Shadman threads just to see the >shadman posts

...

Early access games should be free. As it is, people are basically paying to play test these games. That's like an unpaid internship, except you get no career qualifications. Distribute beta versions for free, put a strong emphasis on bug reporting, and maybe offer a discount to people who volunteered to play test. Perhaps that last one could be up to the developer/publisher.

yeah but valve cant take a cut from 0 dollars

No, they should offer games until you've played two full hours after release

How dare I suggest that. Now Gaben's gonna starve because I took away all of his food money.

>Tfw one of Shadman's old stuff was responsible for my preg fetish

Didn't even know it until I waltzed into a sadpanda gallery out of morbid curiosity

>Now Gaben's gonna starve because I took away all of his food money.

Where's the source of this? If I search for shad. I get animuhentai

it's true i refunded kf2 after it left early access

Fuck that's the first time chromatic aberration has ever hurt my eyes. I can't even look at that shit.

I miss the video. youtube.com/watch?v=wd63P7mYXzo

Same

Might vary from game to game rather than being something automatic everytime a game leaves EA. KF2 differed by final release a lot from what they promised people at EA start

>implying
Valve doesn't give a shit about quality of their service. Steam has become somewhat of a joke/
