I don't hate it. I actually enjoyed FO3 a fair bit, it's just that NV does a lot of things better and has a more interesting story/setting.
FO3 is fun, but I liked NV more.

I don't hate it. It's much worse than that. I never consider it enough to even think about hating it. It's just generally boring and 2nd rate compared to New Vegas. The only reason it's on my mind now is because of this thread. I never think about it unless someone else brings it up.
