No, this is

Any other good Simpsons video games?

arcade

Great game, I played the PS2 version, liked it but I wanted to check out the X360 since it was the definitive version with more content. (Why did EA have to cut content in the Wii/PS2 versions?)

The DS version was decent as well, being an almost different version to the console ones as it was a sidescroller.

Isn't it just some generic adventure platformer full of "lol video games amirite" jokes?

I couldnt bet god when i was a kid so I let my father do it , lol

why should video games be more than that?

I remember really enjoying this game as a kid; is it actually any good? All I remember is that Peter, Stewie and Brian all had different gameplay

I remember when my brother first bought a wii in 2006 this and lego starwars were the first two games he bought. He spent $100 on them, $100. Lego starwars is actually by no means a bad game and we had some fun with it but the simpsons game was pure shovelware tier garbage. The collest thing I remember about it didn't even involve the actual game, I just remember thinking it was kind of cool that each version had a different cover. Oh to be young again.

I have a soft spot for Simpson's road rage on PS2 because of nostalgia, not sure how well it holds up or if it's actually good, but I enjoyed it as a kid

I say just never play it again and enjoy the memories you had with it. Trust me, I tried going back to a lot of the n64 games I had as a kid ony to realize most were actually just the console's shovelware. Ours was just given to us by a neighbor and he bought fucking awful games for it. Trying to play them years later only left me with the realization I spent most of childhood playing garbage.

I find Hit & Run awful. Every mission is on a timer and involves collecting/destroying so many objects or getting from A to B. That's it. It's so monotonous the only reason you'd like such a games is because of nostalgia.

Conversely

Yes. Have it on 360 and it is an excellent co-op game - second player can drop in and out at will and isn't really an advantage or disadvantage compared to the CPU controlled second character. Yes, it's mostly just 3D plat forming and the camera angles are a little annoying at times, but it is a true game to the TV show. It has an overarching story and each level is unique with new characters or environments with plenty of collectibles. I enjoyed this game very much and would recommend.

This was a fun as fuck game actually but the Brian stages are trash and make up 1/3rd of the game. They also put a lot of effort to make the art style as close to the show as possible.

The last generation was a mistake. Nothing about the PS3 should be remembered fondly.

Hit and run was fun you autistic nigger trash

Hit and Run was great. I personally had no problem with with its core gaming style. I enjoyed wrecking the world and finding hidden easter eggs while doing so.

Really? I remember enjoying the Brian stages the most and always get frustrated with Stewie stages

What games?

No, it's a buggy mess that has horrible to play co-op and goes out of it's way to show video game cliches in a way that's more annoying then endearing

Yeah. I replayed Hit & Run a bit this year, and a lot of the missions are just racing the clock and collecting stuff. Not bad by 2005 means, or whenever, but feeling that monotony while also coming to realize how small the levels are made me lose interest before too long. I still say it was a good game, and would recommend it to people if they've never played it, or even to check it out again if they played it when they were young.

I agree 1000%, fucking nostalgia deniers will tell you different but this is truth. I played it this year and boy oh boy is it boring as FUCK!!! now. Anyone know where I can get the soundtrack?

Simpsons Arcade and this are the only answers.

No, fuck you. Hit & Run sucks and its really pisses me off how theres this sudden nostalgiawave for it.

The only thing that held up with Hit and Run, this damn song.
