Hey guys. Last nights work to build the great city of Hellscape was truly inspiring. We should bring our insight for city building to this new, larger, plot of empty land.

What do we do first?

make the only residential areas surrounded by coal power plants, prisons, and landfills. they have to drive across the map through dirty industry to the commercial zones. any healthcare is at least 3 regions away and there's only one school. no police and no fire departments.

Looks about right for india. Now we need slums. Ample slums. Scattered between those slums should be coal power factories to give the and sweatshops.

We need to polute the SHIT out of that river. There should be nothing but coal power plants and pumping stations on the northmost side of that river. On the other side should be very shitty residential housing.

If we are to truly reflect India we need more crime. Meaning no police stations and a very high amount of low-tier residency.

Mid-tier industry broken up by landfils should provide nice gas-gusslers for that authentic smell.

We have an indian department located in-house at my work. They are the most nationalistic people I have ever met, and take such pride in India.
I have do my darnest to not bring up poo in loo and designated shitting streets whenever they start their monologues about the great India.

There's a lot denial about the place from the locals. We try hard, but I think most of us agree on the quality of our country.

We are quickly approaching a accurate depiction of India.

This all looks a little too... structured, though. I know there's a limited amount we can do with squares, but put some low-tier residential zones in with the industry and dump some industry in with the residentials.
