A SLAVE OBEYS
That whole Rez level with the Adam Freeland "Fear" song. Specifically right when you soar above the 'sea', the music ramps up and the huge cylinder flies in, dropping panels and sending seams of enemies toward you. Gave me goosebumps.

Fuck... I can't remember where i saw this scene from.
Metro right??
Although it can be pretty ridiculous at times, lots of Killer7 moments. I can't choose a specific one.
Yeah when you chose to either save or let Pavel die.
Always heard good things about Bully. Never played it.

the purest kino moment of all kinos
Honestly yeah, this scene was kino as fuck. I genuinely felt bad for a dude that terrorized me in VR for 5 hours, and his family. It was strange for a Resident Evil game to make me feel that way; can't think of many games that have.
too bad most of the plot twists in the next game felt so cheap, the relation between phi and sigma was a good mindfuck tho
If you play games because of story then you are shiteater.
Kino are destroying game industry.
kino =/= story
The entire last scene before the final boss in LoK: Defiance was fucking incredible. It was like the perfect culmination of all the buildup between Kain and Raziel. Some people are disappointed there isn't a sequel but I don't think they could ever move on from, or top, this moment.
It probably doesn't have the same significance out of context if you haven't played through the games yourself, though.
Kino = gameplay?
The cheering scene from Okami.
The moment the pirates in Lost Planet 2 realize their village has been destroyed by the G level monster so they just go ram their giant tank into it loading shell after shell in as fast as possible.
When Nero asks why Dante was giving him the Yamato if it meant so much to his and Dante replies those are the only type of gifts worth giving.
The ending of Mega Man Legends 1 when you enter the final boss room and meet him.
I just now realized these are all Capcom games, what happened to them?
But courage need not be remembered... For it is never forgotten!
And then ZTD happened.
