ANYONE PLAYING THE DLC YET?
ANYONE PLAYING THE DLC YET?
ARE YOU GUYS NOT REPLYING BECAUSE YOU'RE TOO BUSY PLAYING??
I'm very interested in it, but I usually avoid story DLC since it tends to be 1-2hrs long and not all that satisfying.
I'd LOVE to have more interactions with the Champions, so I'll wait to see what it actually contains and what people say about it, then definitely a purchase from me if it's good.
Yup downloaded it an hour or two ago.
where are the horse saddle?
It's fucking awful so far. What is this one-hit death shit
>Breath Of The Wild is too easy!
Can't spam x50 apples like a retard.
>NONONONONONONONONONO!
>this spike shrine
Do kills only count if I use the special weapon? I'm pretty sure I clearee the forest area but I didn't get a notification.
No, you can use the arrows
I'm so fucking curious about this motorcycle. Anyone got a webm?
Any estimates on how long the dlc is? Sounds short from the description
Question: How many shrines are added into the game and is it enough to get max health and stamina?
Long enough for no one to post a video of the motorcycle yet. I haven't even seen a live stream that is anywhere close to earning it.
It's difficult to really say. It's VERY padded, since almost all of the "content" in the DLC is just repeated stuff from the main game. So far I've had to fight 4 mobs in the great plataeu, hunt down 12 areas based on photos, and do stuff like the Yiga Clan stealth sequence again. You also need to refight all four of the Blight Ganon fights too. The only new content thus far is the shrines which are interspersed between all the repeated stuff. Apparently there's a proper Divine Beast dungeon unlocked once you've done everything but I'm not there yet.
Not so far, but I think it's likely there will be. I know of 16 new shrines, but only 4 of them actually give you spirit orbs, and the other 12 don't. It's likely the proper Dungeon will give a heart container upon completion, which would leave us one heart short of a fully upgraded one. It's possible you might get 4 shrines after doing that or something, since 20 is a nice round number and would allow max of both health/stamina.
>since almost all of the "content" in the DLC is just repeated stuff from the main game
Are you fucking kidding me? That's ridiculous. How can they be so lazy?
>2017
>playing zelda
Motorcycle looks completely out of place and shitty, takes away from the fact climbing and stamina.
>quarter heart
>cant remember how to fucking play
fuck
>hunt down 12 areas based on photos
pls no, not this shit again
is this actually mandatory or just some optional thing for extra loot?
>this endgame item totally breaks the rules man
what a stupid fucking baby
Does the DLC get the faggot off my lawn?
So how do you start the new DLC or access it I should say?
What exactly is the DLC?
Mandatory if you want to do the Divine Beast. It's not quite the same as the photos for the memories though; you get given aerial photos of locations like pic related and need to go there and fulfill an objective.
Should get a quest marker when you start it after downloading
Why are you using your PC outside?
Thank you!
Kill yourself.
>bullshit 1 hit KO challenges
>no thanks
I preordered the DLC for some story. This was a waste of $20.
>$20 just to redo base-game content and refight the exact same bosses
>only new content is a handful of shrines that last a few minutes each
fuck this game
No thanks.
>waaah Mommy, game is too hard waaaaaah
haha, fucking plebs. i'll be the one laughing 9 years from now when the GOTY version comes out with all DLC included for $20 total.
link is buff
Suck my pikacock you pikabitch
>wahhh Mommy, pay my rent. I don't have a job because I want to play video games all day and night
>wahhh Mommy won't buy me a new game so I need to play this one for 9 months so it's the only control scheme I've been using
>wahhh Mommy not everyone plays video games for the same reason as me
Kill yourself you underage fat fuck.
Anyone know where the royal guard head piece Is?
I've got the guard chamber and dining room pieces but the last hint is "second floor"
Second floor of what? The guard chamber?
That's....nothing to be proud of. This game barely registers as a game.
Anyone find the Royal Guard hat? I'm at a loss.
if you have every piece of armor so far, all amiibo sets the switch shirt etc... you can't get all the new dlc armor. there is now more than 100 "slots" of unique armor in the game and im pissed i dont want to lose anything but armor total still maxes out at 100.
fuck nintendo
>ammigoys getting btfo
great!
The fuck? So as it currently stands, you have to choose some armor you don't want and will never have unless they implement a patch that allows for bigger inventory?
Could you tell me how the FUCK to find the 12 areas bullshit I don’t understand
Check your main quests. Do the one called "Champion's Ballad," which will require you to go to the Shrine of Resurrection. There you'll have to fight 4 mobs of enemies on a quarter heart of health and beat the 4 shrines that spawn when they are each defeated. After you do that you will move on to the 12 photos.
I get that, I’m at the photos, but my tiny, non-R&M-watching mind can’t seem to understand the clearly totally not cryptic hints
yup. im pissed.
i got one piece of the royal guard armor went to get the other one and got an inventory full message.
i have full sets of all the link amiibo armor, the switch t shirt dlc armor, the xenogear armor, and the new champion helmets.
im now missing the other two royal guard armor, the phantom ganon armor set, the ravio mask, possibly more...
i dont know how much new armor the dlc has now but i have to dump stuff for slots, its either dump some of the link amiibo armor sets which i could rescan if i somehow had more room but they are fucking hard to upgrade and id lose that progress and i can only cheat my way to getting one piece a day from each amiibo. my other option is dump some of the buyable armor but its not like i can just get them back as im making room for one of a kind armor that if i sell i wont get back so ill have to sell other buyable armor or amiibo armor for slots if i care to buy back any of the old sets.
so pissed. changing outfits was my favorite part of this game this really sours the dlc for me.
Yeah that's definitely something I hope is brought to their attention soon so they can hopefully fix that. That's a pretty big thing to happen considering wearing all these different outfits is one of the main appeals the game has.
Are there seriously no new enemies? That's like the one thing I wanted from this DLC. Oh well
and the fact it basically punishes you for buying amiibos and the dlc. buy everything, cant get it all. thats bullshit.
>the xenogear armor
>xenogear
I fucking hate secondaries.
So how the fuck do you get the bike?
Okay, here's the Zora region/Divine Beast Ruta ones. The three markers are the locations of the photos. For the Red marker, sit at the fire till 5am, then paraglide down to the blue ring you should see in the distance on the water surface off the cliff. For the yellow one, have the Zora equipment on and go through the blue ring, swim up the waterfall to pass through the next rings in time, and then repeat till you reach the top. For the blue one, you need to beat the guardians in the area - which is actually really easy with the master sword.
I'll post the Gerudo one/Divine Beast Naboris in a minute, but you'll have to wait till I finish the other ones before I can give you the other two regions' locations.
Does it get better? I already lost my interest after doing the four challenges and one shrine.
Holy shit, I just got myself a bag of weed and was gonna start over agin, for the 3rd time this year.
I guess I should just upload a save file and crack on with the DLC.
I never even bothered killing ganon in Master mode anyway, I just quit after all shrines.
>buying amiibos
nigga I have all the armour I just spoofed them
Nintendo Jew, Gook, Chink Niggers
Here's the Gerudo region/Divine Beast Naboris.
The red marker shows where you'll find a sand seal, so ride that and head to the nearby blue ring - from there just ride through each of the rings that appears in time. The yellow marker is the Yiga clan hideout - here you need to sneak inside again and find the orb which is sitting in the upstairs area in the room with a bunch of bananas. Then you need to head out to the area where you fought Master Kohga, and throw the orb into the huge pit there. For the blue marker, you need to fight the Molduking that spawns in that area (it might be a little further north of the marker).
I'm gonna get it but I think ill wait a few more months so I can replay the entire game properly. I stopped playing like 6 months ago and never bothered to beat ganon.
