British, Welsh, Irish, Scottish and even Australian. It's so wonderful and charming to hear all these different accents for each race in XC2 rather than purely Japanese or no effort American.

The writers, and sometimes even the composers interact with the voice actors they chose for the game. None of that happens in your literal who directing literal whos to badly replicate what the original actors did first.

Sorry but I can't help but laugh with the Britbong dub. It feels like I'm watching some kind of dumb parody since I see a little girl with a stupid sounding accent and talking like a drunken old man.

Im from Latin America and im not used to listen to the british VA but fuck me i had so many laughs because of the thick accent, tried the japanese dub and its kinda OK i guess but i will probably be switching them both.

The dub is not bad in this, but rex did ruin a few important scenes with his pathetic shouts.
Replaying it now with the jap audio and everything just fits perfectly to each scene.

American dubs can have multiple accents too, when the situation calls for it. They usually just use generic Deep South for everything from Kansai-ben to Mino-ben to Tohoku-ben though, P4U's use of the Boston accent was an aberration

Where the fuck is the emotion? Where the fuck is the sound mixing? Why does everyone sound so loud even when they're away from the camera/point of action? This dub is pretty close to trash and surprisingly the american VAs are the best.

I feel like my game is broken. All the soldiers in my game shout BEHAVE and YER DUN the most.

I prefer the Japanese dub.
It just fits better aesthetically, and you don't have deal with young people sounding like they are twice as old as they really are, also you don't have to deal with dumb lipsync issues.
