I heard good things about the uninstall mod

I seriously couldn't finish this game. I uninstalled it and played new vegas again. Never gets old for me.

I played this game for 8 hours and it was so bad. I felt like I was playing a low INT character like in previous Fallouts except I had like 7 points into it.

is there still no total dialogue overhaul mod or something

>Unlimited Power Armor Fuel
>Lore mod(Removes reference to jet pre war and the retarded ghoul in fridge quest)
>Changes jet back to giving you action points and a mod that lets you craft weed that slows down time
>Mod that changes the combat rifle to a 5,56 caliber and the "Assault Rifle" to .308, massively boosting damage for both
>Mod to make children and all NPCs killable(Otherwise, half of them are immortal for no well explained reason)

That's what I remember off the top of my head, absolute necessities before you even think about even turning on the game

...

Now you know why everyone hates the New Vegas fanbase op.

Just play it, its a good game on its own, don't get lost in Sup Forums's hate everything sauce, we don't play games all day just shit post here anyways

DUDE WEED LMAO

There is no reason for the hubflowers to exist otherwise, as far as I'm concerned, so it fits the game world

Better than sniffing literal cow shit

fpbp

just use BiRaitBec's modlist

Why are almost all NPCs essential in Bethesda games? New Vegas did it right, with very few essential NPCs. Yes Man was immortal, but I guess that's about it.

Modern Bethesda games seem to be designed so that the player can't fuck up or lock themselves out of content no matter how hard they try.

Yep. Morrowind let you kill all NPCs, even those essential to the story, and you could still finish the game. Then, they pussied out, modern bethesda is pathetic

Hence, why the game is unplayable without the killable npcs mod. Back when the game just came out, I had to manually spend a few days to let Companions be killable as well, immortal companions are even more cucky

everything made by fading signal

I wanted to play it just so I can stomp around with the Power Armor and just realized the amount of time I'd be spending installing and configuring some must have mods. Fuck this shit game.

Bethesda is just straight up lazy. They don't want the extra grief of worrying about their super special NPCs dying. Their writers are also retards of the highest caliber so don't expect anything much from that front.

see
same reason I played the game. Install those mods, and then play the game, if you find something not to your liking, look it up on nexus and see if you get a fix. them's the breaks, but the game is pretty fun if you treat it as a stalker clone with access to laser guns and power armor

Essential NPCs are stupid and ruin any immersion there ever was. Pic related, went into the basement of the castle in Solitude where all the NPCs displaced by the civil war were and cast Nightingale subterfuge or whatever it was to make everyone attack each other. The result: they all just fight each other for eternity, with nobody ever dying.

But I guess dudebro gamers wouldn't like it if their actions in the game had any consequences.

The "Start" button.
You needing floppy dongs to enjoy a game is not the devs problem.

That being said Sim Settlements

Mods only make the game worse. They ruin the artist's vision.

i mean all they have to do is add the morrowind warning and thats it

That would totally alienate they audience. The decision to make people immortal came from focus groups. It just reeks of it.

>implying Bethesda are artists

>boohoo casuals feel alienated

Am I in Bizarro Sup Forums right now? Who gives a FUCK what the masses want?

I'm just saying they won't do it, not in this lifetime. So why even contemplate about the impossible?

i would love a mod to mute the main characters dialogue.

that exists tho. I have it installed but I forget what it's called

>mods are bad meme

literally the worst kind of shitposters

that's a nice piece of shit right there.

youre so butthurt that some explaining the most likely reason the developers made their choice that youy assume user is defending and/or saying thats their opinion. are you stupid?

not this one

I'm happy with this combo

I definitely installed the mod that lets you kill that bitch in Sanctuary Hills who constantly throws you attitude, despite living safely behind your walls, eating the food that you grow, drinking clean water that you provide, living comfortably with the electricity that you generate, and enjoying the goods that you established trade routes with other colonies for. Hell, I even installed a mod so that the colonists had old Looney Tunes cartoons to watch.

Was the only thing that made me bother playing it, even if it was just for an hour or two.

kek

>Why are almost all NPCs essential in Bethesda games?
this is literally a lie in case of fo4, almost everyone can be killed the moment you meet them, you can kill all of railroad, all of BoS, all of the Institute the moment you see them. Only the mememen, the children, and companions are immortal, and even most companions can be killed at specific conditions

I installed a mod thats supposed to make the sky like fallout 3 and a flora mod to add some leaves on the trees. Im pretty limited since I play on console but making the game look better helps you enjoy the game alot more.
