Holiday themed or just in general? Sweater is more expensive and living in Minnesota means I get to use it a LOT, but if it's christmas themed then it's useless past christmas. Socks would be useless but at least very few people will ever see my socks.

The question is one or the other, and by the looks of the picture they follow the joke of being ugly. I'd still have ugly socks that are still sock, and can be worn with shoes, than an ugly sweater that I'd at most wear once a year. Also socks take up less real estate in my wardrobe.
