Cheating is a problem that mostly exists in PC gaming, but ironically became worse as PC games became more like console games. Back in the day you played online games on private dedicated servers, and those servers were able to self-police. Someone cheating? Ban them from the server. Admin's friend is cheating? Find a different server. Now you're stuck in matchmaking cues, and the only recourse when a cheater is in the game is to report them and deal with it.

Same goes for "toxicity". It only became an issue once you lost the choice to choose who you're playing with by playing on the server of your choice.

This is definitely cheating. However, I will encourage you and others to continue. I can only hope that it will get out of control to the point where developers will just enable normal mouse control.

You can actually kick players in CS:GO. The problem is that in competitive mode, you have very little incentive to do so. You just lose a teammate that would have been of more value to you there even if they are just a scum pretending to be good with codes.
