Honestly I felt more like the world made it bland than anything. I can see how someone could enjoy it, but after a few hours of mashing buttons as an assassin in world that I had no interest in, I dropped it.
I've heard it gets better when you get to the expansion part or whatever it is, but I don't want to wait 30 hours to start having fun.

Sonic Generations and other boost games. Enemies die in one hit by running through them fast or pressing jump twice. They are not an issue, they are platforms, the only games where enemies are not an annoyance at all.

FF15 has such shit combat it actively pisses me off. You barely have any input beyond the attack and block/dodge buttons. Blocking only works half the time and if an enemy uses AoE you're fucked. The other half the time it's tied to a fucking QTE making combat even more of a drag and just tapping or holding the attack button both feels awful and looks awful to see Noctis flying around like a floppy goddamn noodle fairy like his sword is doing all the work and he's just a ribbon attached to the handle.

I beat everything in the game except the adamantoise and I fucking hated it. I don't even know why I played as long as I did. Curiosity maybe.
