They only need buffing, and we've already seen a glimpse of that they are already changing shit to make the neutral game better, like with removing throw loops.

Sure this doesn't mean every issue will be fixed but if you are acting like "it can't be fixed" when it fucking obviously can, then you are just blindly riding the hate train.
