Every game now comes out globally when the last region to get released would come out.

That's pretty much a thing isn't it? None of the current consoles are region locked unless you count the 3DS as current

Granted. It's in some Japanese city which is a pain in the arse to get to. Granted, it's ported in a typical Japanese fashion and thus you need to wait a month or two before mods make it semi playable
