It's a MMO with some really nice things, but also some horrible others
+ super-customizable characters
- prety much no armor customization. ~5 free ones, and then it's cash shop
+ beautiful and detailed, huge open world, exploration is amazing
+ find, tame, train, ride, and breed horses
+ the same with boats
+ buy houses, furniture, candles... place, rotate, etc objects in any way you want. Best housing system I've ever seen. 99% of the doors you seen in villages are houses that you can get in, not just decoration. And every single one is different
+ great ost, and it even changes when you're riding, making it kinda epic
- it's VERY grind-oriented, and people will put stats over anything, so if you visit a house, you'll probably see a mess of objects thrown around, rather than being properly decorated, since they only want the house points
- p2w as fuck. You can play without using the cash shop at all, but you'll proabably want inventory extensions, etc

In short: It's the comfiest MMO ever, but it was designed to be a p2w grindfest. So if you can "ignore the actual game" and just enjoy exploring the world and questing on your own, you'll love it

It's impossible to enjoy that game without being pay 2 win because you cannot do fucking ANYTHING at max level without it.
