I'm surprised the number is that big given how few houses there actually are. 2,880 houses per server. If that's 20% of the server population then game really is dying.

Theres some rather small servers. I said the emptiest ones. Theres far less housing available on big ones.

Got a plot 59 (S) in Shirogane on Mateus upon it opening
I even got the lobby error and had time to reconnect to buy it.
It has the best sunset view of all Shirogane and I'd even wager of all the housing areas. Completely unobstructed. It's also got a market board closeby.
