I wouldn't say it's a Myst clone. I enjoyed The Witness, but they don't have anything to do with each other aside from being alone on the island.

On that note, I've just finished Quern a few days ago. It really sated my hunger for Myst-like games, even if most of the puzzles were a tad easy.

I bought The Stanley Parable and thoroughly enjoyed it, but I do think the mod conveyed the point much better. The full version felt much more unfocused in that regard.

Also, Flower, Sun and Rain by Suda51 dealed with pretty much similar themes that TSP did.
