the abilities really aren't bad, they're just an additional weapon. more things to calculate and work off of to give the game depth. I like it.

1. Soyboy is a stupid meme that holds no meaning already.
2. The abilities take away from what Quake has traditionally been, and when I play arena shooters I want everyone to be the same with the exception of weapon choice.
3. They should drop Overquake and start making a sequel to Enemy Territory: Quake Wars because that's still the most interesting place to take the setting and characters, as well as it being a better team warfare formula than other games that are popular currently.

What kind of argument was that? Quake Wars had scale, and it did classes better than Quake Champions or battlelefield does currently. It also had interesting mechanics that explore what the Quake monsters can do in a full scale war.

Played it for a solid six hours today. No stuttering, LG, RL and NG work well, shorter load times, no crashes. Far as my experience goes the patch fixed a lot
