probably since it really is not golryfing the shit they did but instead making a point as to the ammount of people who tend to die in war and shit meaning that the game is in some way about war type stuff
It is also really a smart ad of sorts since it brings attention to the game but does not really tell people what type of game it is so the consumer would then have to do a bit of work to find out what type of game it would making it so people can find out if shit is for them or not.
Ads are meant bring attention to shit first and foremost and shit does just that. So why not would it be allowed in the modern daY?
Honestly anyone thinking that it wouldn't must be projecting some faggy shit about their feelings telling them just how people they dont like would act disregarding shit like context and what not.
