You tell me

fucking lmao its like one of the bad EU books

Not video games

looks like a parody

>i'm here to stop you luthor-ren

Both The Cuck Awakening and The Last Soyboy are garbage made for newfags that never watched the old movies. I miss George Lucas.
Only Rogue One was decent.

roll em

>The Last Soyboy
gold

how much worse could it get

why does he strike the floor?

Because Kylo Ren is a fucking sperg

I've given up on star wars. Trying to get into warhammer/battletech now.

>you just don't get me mom!
youtube.com/watch?v=5fF1ZSNTtBQ

unironically the worst star wars movie

this tbqf senpaitachi

Why/how is a granny flying in space?

To use his AoE.

the force lol

mfw the scene where he REEEEEEEEs and tells all his weapons to fire at Luke for a straight minute
How the fuck does anyone take this guy seriously?

>the force lol

sums up all of disney star wars.

Worst franchise ever created

No joke, it's actually bad.

I had more fun watching the prequels.

I totally get now why star trek fans hated it back in the day. Just had to experience Rey.

Why does the guard just strike his lightsaber and scoot by isntead of smacking him right in the face with how open he is? This is literally worse than prequel coreography.

Because the Alderaan star is younger and brighter than Tatooine's. Her cells drunken it's radiation, strengthening her muscles, her skin, her senses. Alderaan's gravity is weaker, yet its atmosphere is more nourishing. She has grown strong, but we don't know how strong. To know, Leia needs to keep testing her limits.

gibe necromancer

As if Trek was any better. Low budget shlock fans only followed because of slashfiction.

rogue one was fucking trash

Trek at least attempted to be self aware. Star Wars just copies popular high fantasy bullshit.

the only parts I didn't like were the pointless interlude ont he rainy planet and the fact that Forest Whitaker was criminally underutilized. other than that it was a decent war flick set in star wars land

Meant for

>kurosawa and buck rogers are high fantasy

No.

Anyone have the Matrix dodge webm?

Why is the pitch down?

Also it's this song is the only good thing to come out of DCCU

>REEEEEEEEEEEEE ITS SHIT
>cooly sitting at 95+% on RT
>will make over 2 billion

Oh sweetie...

God dammit user why did you have to point that out? Now I can't stop laughing.

Just got out of the film. Thought it was decent. Luke is definitely coming back in 9. We'll most likely learn more about Snoke, I think. Killing him off was a ballsy move; loved it.
No real memorable music, sadly. I need to see it again before I can make any real verdict, but I think I liked TFA more. TLJ was just so different from other SW movies.

>Disney Wars is actually worse than EP1
>EA holds the contract for vidya so no good games either
>if people hadn't talked so much shit we might have been enjoying a new trilogy helmed by Lucas right now instead while playing 1313

I hope you faggots are happy.

>TFA is a rehash
>boo we want something original
>TLJ is different
>no not my pwecious star war why :(

So by that logic does that mean CoD: Black Cocks and Skyrim are the very peak of vidya?

We were better off with the franchise not having any new movies after 3, George did that on purpose.

>RT
>Indicative of quality

Wanna know how I know you're a filthy plebian? RT is worse than metacritic when it comes to judging movie quality these days.

there is nothing wrong with episode 1/2/clone wars/3

Wut. Rogue One was the worst of them all because it had neither substance or style at all, forgettable is the last thing a Star Wars movie should be

Yeah I agree, so what does that have to do with my post

why would rei kill luke ?
spoilers btw

Literally this

sorry, i read it wrong like you were talking about the first trilogy.

>guys on the left literally turn around and run away
>guy in middle sticks his lightsaber into the floor for no apparent reason
>guy on the right comes in and hits the lightsaber for some reason
Can't they even do fake fighting properly?

>guy swings right over her head with the wrong end of his staff while she stands completely still

does anyone really thought that luke wouldn't die? It was as obvious as juan solito

Fuck nuWars, I just grabbed a pack of the first 6 and am going to watch them.

What was Hamil thinking?

You might actually have autism if you think this film was worse than any of the prequels

sure

He's clearly doing a cost-benefit analysis on killing Rian Johnson

That said, I like them all

>prequels are not nu-wars
This is zelda cycle level shit

>TFA is a bland rehash that sets up some interesting possibilities
>TLJ doesn’t answer or continue anything TFA set up and is garbage all around

Not that hard to get, but I guess this is how shills will defend TLJ like they defended TFA for playing it too safe and to wait for the sequel.

>if you don't like this movie which butchers your childhood hero's character you might actually have autism
Fuck off and die

>only one in a thousand chance of getting dancer

>3 above 4 and 6
>8 and 7 above 4 and 6
>2 not at the bottom
3/10 b8 made me reply

A New Hope > Everything else

>I liked the TFA more
That bad, huh?

your childhood hero was a whiny dick a lot of the time, the whole point was that being idolized and being a legend is what drove him away

Your good friend Alec here. Why are you watching Star Wars? Are you 10? These are movies for children, you know? Don't spend too much time in empty fantasies.

Depending on the day of the week and my current mood, I'd go so far as to say Episode 3 is the best and most entertaining Star Wars film

>"you know you could kill every single person in this room before the studio security could put you down, but you sit there and endure, because you're fucking Mark Hamill. You're not going to lose your future VO deals over this. Just bear it. Stare at the hack with hate and bear it"

Yes. Sorry that you're such a contrarian, sweetheart. Maybe if you're a good boy Platinum Games or CD Projekt will make a super special game to cater to your taste.

>Luke is definitely coming back in 9
No, he's not. They killed him off in the worst way possible, any backtracking would be an admission of failure on Disney's part

Anakin crying on Mustafar was kino and really set in how locked in his path he was

Empire is the best in my opinion, but I'd be lying if I didn't say Episode 3 is a really enjoyable movie.

literally the best way they could have done it.
How would you have done it? Some ebin sword fight?

Prequels hate has worn off and people accept III is good, II and I are ass still, I mostly because it's dumb and II is boring as fuck

>hating detective Obi-Wan which was the majority of the movie
what a pleb
>not understanding the slow pace of I was on purpose

They killed him off in a way that allows him to force ghost. Just like Obi Wan and Yoda.

>>400138709
Maybe something other than just petering out after force projecting himself to another galaxy, which is unsatisfying and also the stupidest concept introduced since midiclorians

Motherfucker, have you not seen A New Hope? That was his Obi-Wan death moment.

>95% of reviewers didn't rate it less than 5/10
>it's good I swear
Rotten Tomatoes is an arrogate of favourable vs unfavourable and has nothing to do with review score arrogates you sperg.

how about not killing him at all you retards, let alone in the most ridiculous and cowardly way possible

Honestly probably really upset.

He was a big fan of the Luke character and said it was really important for the kids.

pic related

>your childhood hero was a whiny dick a lot of the time
Yeah, and he grew up and matured into someone any kid could look up to by the end of RotJ.

>the whole point was that being idolized and being a legend is what drove him away
Which is out of character, he was a fucking legend after Episode IV, he was the pilot who destroyed the Death Star, you don't get more famous than that, and yet he didn't run away then. The Luke that ran to the Cloud City to save his friends, risking his life despite knowing that he would face someone much stronger than he was would just let the very same evil he defeated come back 30 years later without trying to stop it? Luke just ended up repeating the same mistakes as the Jedi of the past in his training, showing that the Jedi have learned nothing? Who the fuck is writing this? And then, to top it all off, the Luke who redeemed Space Hitler would even for a moment consider violence against his nephew under ANY circumstance? All of this just shows that whoever was writing this either didn't understand anything about Luke's character or, more likely, decided that Luke can't be a hero anymore because it's time for a new cast. But if that's the case why not make him the fucking old sage who's got his shit together? These films shit on everything that occurred in the original trilogy and make it all meaningless, and they shit on any growth that we thought had occurred to Luke's character.

>every Force power has to be one that as shown in the original trilogy

Fuck you. We have that lack of imagination to thank for the prequels, where everyone uses fucking Force lightning because apparently it's part of the official Sith starter pack.

In my opinion: 5 >= 4 > 6 > 3 > 2 > 1 = RO > 7
Force Awakens offended me. From what I saw of Last Jedi it will just be as bad. I at least give credit to Rogue One for being different and having cool trooper designs. I also liked the bad guy in Rogue One.

I'm not a movie connoisseur so it could be the best movie ever but being slow paced and having almost no adventure in a franchise about adventures sucked

It's possible I just have bad taste, but I've always thought that the prequels have had great visuals, pacing, cinematography, and pretty much everything EXCEPT writing and acting. The prequel storyline is probably one of the coolest and most enjoyable fictional stories ever, imo, and it carries those movies. Episode 3 is an absolutely godlike movie, mostly because the acting improved drastically. I've always maintained that Episode 3 is in the top 3 best SW movies, even though 2 and 1 are truly bad.
I've seen every SW movie at LEAST ten times each, except for R1, TLJ, and Ep 1, because it really is that bad, and Ep 3 is still fantastic.

Unironically yes. They should have played up the samurai angle that the series was based on and have Luke face down a battalion of soldiers after defeating Kylo by removing his hand and forcing the Vader wannabe to fall back. Luke, knowing he's not leaving there alive, charges into combat to buy the time needed for the rebels to escape. Luke demonstrates just how gifted he was and the fight goes on far longer than any normal person would endure but after the rebels jump to hyperspace he assumes the same position Obi-Wan did in ANH, looks Kylo in the eyes and is struck down leaving nothing but his cloak, cut to Rey who feels this.

Honestly anything is better than fucking "force projection"

it was pretty bad, but the new Force powers were cool. I want a new Jedi Knight game where I can create shadow clones and summon lightning from the sky and shit.

What was the hack said? that make Hamil look at him

Play any of the Naruto: Storm games and you can do just that.

Did you like how it retconned Kyle Katarn out of existence?

>Help, Luke, I’m trapped here with Yoda!

5/10

Only cool thing was granny suicide hyperdrive and the whole end segment where the resistance seemed to be at the verge of getting rekt. Didn't really expect too much from The Last Soyboy.

stah wahs puddey gud lasar sords is c-cool

>I want to go home.
>My feet hurt.
>My skin grafts itch.
>Why didn't they listen to me about the script?
>I wonder what Kevin is up to? I'd rather be doing Joker VO right now.
>Why won't this guy stop talking?
>Star Wars used to be special.
>Everyone is going to eat this movie up but the fans. What have I done? Why did I agree to this?
>Is this what falling to the Dark Side is like?
>I miss Carrie.

>mfw the only literal dead character doesn't die

Does anyone else feel, Idk, Star Wars fatigue? I'm just so tired of it now.
