If you're looking for a good video game podcast they don't exist unfortunately. You're better off listening to old episodes of GFW radio and the Bombcast.

Nah it's food intake mostly. 30 minutes of exercise would be about 200 calories at the very most, you could wipe that out in 2 seconds by downing a can of coke. People get fat by eating and drinking too much not from lack of exercise.
