Is this game any good? Which console should I get it for Wii or PS2?

...

...

...

...

Shattered Memories isn't particularly scary when compared to other Silent Hills, but I really liked the narrative and atmosphere.

I played it for PS2 and it worked fine, but it's definitely made with the Wii in mind. The visuals are a bit cleaner, and the puzzle interactions were generally built around motion controls.

...

...

Thanks, maybe I'll get it for Wii, I read in Nintendo power about the controller and stuff I've only played the first one so I wanna get into the rest of the series

...

Parasite Eve

Any of the hitman levels that have snow are amazing.

>tfw the winter chapters of Mafia II

...

I think rocket league is actually pretty comfy for winter.

No worries. Most Silent Hills are pretty standalone and have a bit of their own style, but I think that most of the series is worth playing at least once.

...

indigo prophecy

I was about to post this
Actually I lied, I played the Xbox 360 one, I forgot the name homecoming I think?

Could have been Homecoming or Downpour.

Maximum comfy coming through

>indigo prophecy
God tier intro.

Don't know what the thought process behind the second half was exactly.

this. the snow town was top tier too.

...

The night scenes in Miko Gakkou Monogatari Kaede Episode are atmospheric.

>David Cage
>thought process

theres yer problem

...

...

I want the 2nd half to be Simon says Superman was the thought process

...

Nelson Bay Bad Company 2

Also has the nice crunchy snow sound under foot.

Hidden and Dangerous 2 the sub base in the snow was neat

Yeah it was homecoming, I just didn't remember the name. It was okay, but I didn't get sucked in like with the first one that game was creepy this one felt more gory than scary.
Paper Mario is my favourite in the series, every level was fun, my least favourite is tuba blubba but that's still not bad. Thousand year door had too many "that levels"

HD2 also had that snow mission where you infiltrate the underground complex. Alone.

1-3 and then just quit forever.

...

...

...

>comfy

Driving a snow covered car around for a while and the snow starts to slide off the top of the car.

Mafia 2 first chapters during winter were nice.
Winter Wonderland in Postal 2: Paradise Lost expansion.

What's that? Level 5 or something?

Unironically this.

That one was not comfy

...

who /tux racer/ here?

>going into birdman mode and just flying around listening to that sweet jazz music

...

That was one hell of a TECHNOLOGY game.

>beat up a black folk
>people arrive
>arrest him

>It was okay, but I didn't get sucked in like with the first one that game
Yeah, I don't really hate Homecoming like a lot of SH fans do, but a lot of the horror feels much more America slasher horror than another subtle psychological horror.

>music instantly in head

Rise of the Tomb Raider has the comfiest snow physics this generation...Also the game is a lot of fun.

>frogposting

I thought Origins was the best Batman game. Comfy as fuck and was actually swerved by the Black Mask reveal.

Obligatory best demon door.

Wish that the Fable series had more snow-based environments.

mah nigger

Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance, Act 2 takes place on a mountain but the whole game is comfy really.

>Wanna play this game
>Sound issues that even the fix doesn't 100% get
>No joystick support (don't judge me)
>mods are either over the top or made by teenagers

I just want to play MP with the original atheistic. I would love an enhancement mod or HD re-port or something.

Dungeon Siege had a nice snow area too

The game would be pretty hard to play with gamepad, also you can use Dualshock4 or Steam Gamepad in this game after some settings in steam. And pretty sure there supposed to be a sound fix

wht game?

Looks like Mini Ninjas, from the guys who made Hitman series. It's pretty comfy and so is Hitman

youtube.com/watch?v=prJ4mVXdIQQ

I LIKE DANCING

...

thanks. looks cute af

Its great, not super scary more psychological and honesty very depressing. A good mix and a very unique take on silent hill. Personally an ice hell spooks me more than anything

Croc 2!

Was this game any good?

Also how has nobody posted the long dark yet?

Is this skyrim? Are there any mods that turn it into a wilderness survival game like UnReal World?

Hitman is surprisingly comfy, isn’t it? Specially the latest one, walking around and chilling on the big ass levels

Shenmue is the ultimate comfy

Yes but like all survival games they're shit.

>Was this game any good?
if you ignore that it's not a dead rising game anymore, it's a pretty comfy experience thanks to the christmas theme with satisfying zombie killing action

patrician

The Sims 2 with that seasons expansion

...

I was going to until I realized The Long Dark doesn't have a snow level, its entirely a snow level.

Hitman 2, Hitman 2016

SHIT I need to replay this, thanks for reminding me dude

But UnReal World isn’t shit...I doubt you’ve even played it, it’s way above the average Sup Forumsirgin’s skill and attention span

youtube.com/watch?v=GwxP6bdLubQ

this

Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason, it's the opposite of comfy though

Not sure what you mean by that, elaborate? I played dead rising and liked it but I wouldn’t give a damn if they changed the formula, I’m not really a fanboy. I just care about the gameplay

uh huh

MML music is cheating

...

My biggest fear is being hit by a car at 3am while it's -25 Celsius outside and freezing because nobody knows what happened to me

Well, LP has plenty of snow
