I'm about to start diablo 3 for the first time but I also only have my left hand. Stroke caused paralysis on my right side a few years ago. I ordered a razer naga lefty mouse from Amazon Prime in preparation.
Any class/build suggestions for my handicap you all would suggest?
Just play what looks cool to you. You'll be mostly spamming 1 or 2 attacks, an escape skill and rest pretty long cd skills. The game is pretty easy anyways.
If your mouse has enough buttons for all four main skills there really won't be anything you can't play.

for campaign anything goes, it's baby easy mode even on the hardest difficulty available from the start

You can play end game content just fine one-handed as long as you accept that you won't be pushing the absolute hardest grifts that you could.

No, just play through the story until the end with whatever class you want. You can't go wrong. If you don't like your current build you can change it anytime without restrictions or penalty.
After that you can go into adventure mode. This will get stale sometime, that's why you should finish story mode first. Story isn't the best, but Cinematics are still great and it's fun.
If you still want a build suggestion, go for WW barb. They got buffed with the recent Patch.

I played for a week, did all of the season journey and never played again. I don't think I still enjoy this game. Endgame is same shit over and over and over and over
Every season I just try a build I haven't tried before, get my free set and then play until I get bored.
I don't understand how people can play this non-stop. It must be some special kind of autism.
