So if you own a copy of the Guy Game is that counted as possession of cp?
Possibly, don't know how they could charge you with anything. Since from the consumer's standpoint they bought a product that was approved of and sold legally on the open market.
In the 1960's in Denmark it was legal too, what if you bought the magazine back then?
...
The Rurouni Kenshin mangaka was arrested on child porn charges just recently for having some magazines or videos from when stuff like that was legal in Japan.
the fuck do you even do in that game
do you even see titties
>game's women will NEVER understand
>In his deposition, Watsuki allegedly said that he "liked girls in late elementary school to around the second year of middle school."
fucking legend
No he bought them recently. The site was smoked out in May.
Motherfucker had just started work on a new Arc of Rurouni Kenshin and then goes and does this
So can you legally sell it used? If some ROM site had an ISO of it would they be distributing cp?
this game was a very important part of my younger years when I didn't have Internet.
yes, I remember there being a cheat that skipped the boring gameplay and showed you clips of them taking their tops off
Why were there so many games that tried to sell with nudity? They were always shit I don't know anyone who bought them, I only knew they existed because I saw them in my dads FHM magazines
because horny teens+cheaply developed game=easy money? idk
BMX XXX was fun though, guy game wasn't.
>Why were there so many games that tried to sell with nudity?
I always passed BMX XXX when I went to rent games at Blockbuster. Would look at the back of the case a few times but don't think there was any nudity there.
GTA 3 came out and pushed boundaries that was never thought before in video games, so people went in the mentality that "Any news is good news" and tried to make their game as controversial as possible. If you want a good read, try this:

Was it the gamecube version, or the PS2 one?
I think it was the PS2 version.
I wonder if the people who made it got jail time, it's not like they knew
Then that didn't have any tiddies, only the GC and Xbox versions had it.
Man that was a weird phase for American devs. Remember that Backyard Wrestling game with Tera Patrick in it?
And people say Nintendo is for kids
They Just weren't allowed to sell the game until she turned 18.
Yeah and I literally never saw these games in store, never saw them at blockbuster like I said I only saw them in FHM it looked like it was trying to be porn but I mean you'd just buy a tape or playboy, I never thought back then oh I have to get that game and look at boobs I looked at my dads playboys
I don't think child pornography laws work that way.
you got us good
a market that was cis white male dominated for a good portion of it's lifespan up until maybe 10 years ago or so?
What in our Lords name is a CIS male?
Sorry, I'm a fucking idiot. They just made the game to a DVD.
You missed one
I cut out the guy in the magazine ad fapped to the chicks. It was may first fap ever. Should I be proud or ashamed?
Because at that point in time the majority of the market was horny teenagers, as opposed to children in the previous gens and adults in the subsequent gens. Even with that advantage those games still sold like shit.
all these games where at my blockbuster, playboys mansion game, guy game, BMX XXX, backyard wrestling, leisure suit Larry magna cum laude
and they let me rent all of them, lol
What the fuck man.
I was thinking about getting some more of the vizbig editions to complete my collection but if the series is pretty much dead then what's the point
>Look game up on Google
>Producer, director, and designer is same guy
>Jeff Spangenberg
>(((Spangenberg)))
Every time
My blockbuster had a tiny game section, the shelf was maybe 6 feet long, it just had the PS2 games on one side and the GameCube and Xbox games on the other, I don't remember what it was like from the previous gen, I never rented N64 games, but the selection wasn't that great and 75% of the games were a 3 day rental. I rented the budokai games a lot because I could never find them in store
No and yes. Both are distribution. If you purchased it legally before the laws inception it depends on the nature of the ban. Are you banning the commercial sale of cp alone then your purchase is fine are you banning cp in all forms then no it is not legally okay I imagine there would be a grace period of getting rid of it combined with raids to eliminate a new criminal market that would form around distributing the rare product. Manga dude kept his shit too long and went over the grace period of transition that's why he got in trouble if he acted sooner and didn't post online he'd be okay. Law is a funny thing it is intentionally made complicated so you have be pay me goy.
There's a reason the iso is rare yes it is distribution. There was a recall for the game so yes having it could get you in trouble at this point but no one is going to arrest you over owning this unless you really pissed off the wrong people who needed anything to get you with and happened to know you had it. Most people would be like wtf shovel ware ps2 game gtfo unless they were aware of the situation.
Tldr it's illegal to distribute you could get arrested for owning the disc but you 99.9999% chance you won't cause its stupid shovelware but if your dumbass sold it you could get in big trouble especially if on ebay or something cause there will be a record of you distributing that shit forever
