I would like a game with Persona 5 like character interaction and character art but you run a college that has really strict discipline and if the students get unruly you can order punishments for offending students ranging from whippings or making them wear humiliating clothes to public hangings on the gallows erected at the front yard of the school. In the punishments you could fine tune the details from what the students wear into the severity of the punishments, whether they happen public or private and if they be televised and broadcasted to improve morale or provide warning examples to the other students. And your job is to essemtially improve the performance of the students.

A lot of the game revolves around managing your relationships with the staff and students similar to the S-links from P5 and while there are indeed romance options with students and faculty, it would be subtle and not always outright sexual in nature. With the troublesome students the best outcome would be to be able to make them reform their ways without resorting to physical punishments as that would cheapen the effect of the punishment as deterrent and if you have to punish a student who is popular among the school the morale drops. However if a student of the school is really unpopular, giving public punishments and humiliation would end up improving the morale of the rest of the school. And if there's someone REALLY hated by the school the best way to end the schoolyear would be to make them dance the gallows jig in a public hanging that is also televised and broadcasted through the school to provide entertainment and deterrence. But doing so will give you bad press and can result in lower performance evaluations so you can't completely let your inner sadist out
Just Danganronpa in the exact same setting and characters but without the fucking 2/10 writing for the CTs where its obvious who the killer is from the moment it happens.
Also, probably double the games length. Put all that time into fleshing out the characters, making group social events, and more social link esc shit.
Maybe make it so you play the normal school life like an average cute and fun school themed VN with dating shit, then make NG+ into the murder games.
