riding that fast in the hyrule castle area in which the game renders the entire interior of the castle even if you are outside. That's the only area this happens on because it's considered a dungeon. It's why kakariko village causes frame drops on the wii u, as it renders all assets the moment you step into the town.
Also, that loading in the video has been happening to me ever since the bike dlc.

That's a bug in general, you can do that without riding the master cycle, I doubt it's even related to performance since you can watch videos of players flying across the map on trees without that shit happening, and go lightning fast on a raft without that thing happening.

I mean, at least a PC port makes sense because eventually the system requirements will outpowered and the game will never drop frames. I don't know why the fuck you'd want a port onto a tegra, and certainly not a port of a game which drops to single digit FPS in a specific location on every platform it's been released on to date.
