How is "encourage grinding" a positive?

Grinding is a fun and integral part of any good online progression system.

Nobody complained when you had to grind for days on end in WoW just to be able to afford your first mount . I loved it, nothing more satisfying in WoW then seeing your experience bar fill up as you killed mobs

My non purchase won't make a dent, but I'm not supporting this game. Just because they removed what their true intentions where doesn't excuse them or the game. If people buy it, it's just going to show EA how fast people forget and that they can just keep trying their jewish ways as long as the right amount of time passes, which is not much for Battlefront because TLJ just came out and they dropped it's price to entice further on buying it through TLJ hype.

Basically this. If we hit Summer and paid lootboxes haven't been reinstated I might consider picking it up on sale, but this soon after the initial fiasco is just begging for screwy shit to happen in the next couple of months.

Difference is that WoW is an MMORPG which is part of the package with an RPG building up your own character and customizing/Speccing the character into what you want them to do. Battlefront (EA) came from the Battlefront (original) series which had all classes and maps unlocked from the start with special classes in Battlefront 2 hidden behind a points system just for a single match. Grinding should only exist in RPGs. Everything else is terrible.

Anyone that spent money on this game is anything but reasonable. You outright said "yes daddy EA kept raping me and my wallet of value".

the progression system sucks and im not sure why they didn't just copy BF but its pretty and fun to play so far

Why do you need rewards for playing the game you mouthbreather? The gameplay should a reward in itself, good games don't need carrot on a stick shit to have replayability.

Can you co-op the arcade mode of this online, like me and a friend play as heroes/villains and fuck up bots? It's the make or break decision if I buy this game or not.

The map design overall is terrible and they barely adjusted the rate you get boxes. It's still basically setup how it was with paid boxes in mind and takes fucking ages to even get some decent cards.
