And you'd be surprised.

Well if it isn't Mahatma Gandhi himself

what the fuck was his problem?

>pritchard is one of like three people in both games who isn't manipulating or trying to kill adam
Adam had a hard life

Hack his emails

he was a bro
what the fuck was yours

>do your job
>whiny hacker cries about it from his office
yeah we were great "friends"

hr had shit writing

terrible game. truly a stain on the franchise

Pritchard and Jenson weren't yet used to each other, over the course of HR they develop a bond and work together. By the end of the game Pritchard is one of Adam's only real friends.

I love how you can tell who actually finished the game and who probably stopped at wherever that leaked demo ended by their feelings on Pritchard.

Anyone who finished it knows Pritchard is an absolute bro.

i actually liked it better in the beginning when they had banter. near the end pritchard starts caring a little too much about jensen and it comes off as corny.

He's the only guy who tells the truth so obviously he's a cunt since it's the only way to cope with everyone else being a liar and/or sociopath.

He is the only one that really cares in MD too

>Adam is a complete dick to him and constantly brushes off his concerns
>his DLC basically kicks off a major story event but it isn't integrated into the main campaign at all
>neither is the Tarvos DLC
Mankind would've been so much better if it actually bothered integrating the DLC content. Would've really fleshed out the main plot.

That's what's so frustrating about MD. You can see the potential it had but Square just couldn't keep well enough alone and wasted time with that shitty tron mode.

Don't worry, the Mankind UN-Divided Director's Cut will be released in another year or two, with all DLC properly integrated.

At the end of the day, it's still a great game. But holy fuck do I get mad thinking about how easily they could've made it better. Publishers are cancer.

Ex-what? And you'd be surprised.

Does anyone else get really annoyed at how futuristic these games are? They basically aren't set in the same universe as the real Deus Ex, and I wish they had been called something else. Deus Ex was supposed to represent the "real world(if conspiracy theorists are right about everything)", 50 years in the future. Nu-Deus Ex is clearly in an alternate timeline.

Why is all the dialogue in this game so memorable?

No, you're not alone. HR and Invisible War for that matter never properly carried on the banner. Deus Ex died with Deus Ex.

Total bro ultimately.

But the Squeenix games are much more in line with contemporary futuristic aesthetics. Everything in the original DX looks terribly dated, especially in regards to futurism. It'd make more sense if it was set in the 90's or early 2000's.

At least Invisible War could justify how futuristic it was by being set in the future. The idea of us being 10 years away from Human Revolution's world is fucking hilarious, but I could see us being around where the original is in about half a century.

It sounds like you want to play some gay Canadian weebshit Akira knockoff, not Deus Ex.

Not really, he still thinks he's a moron for taking risks, like going into that coffin thing.
He only really softens when you reach the final level, saying for you to take care.

Besides augmentations and labgrown animals the modern world is already more advanced than the future shown in Deus Ex

isn't the world supposed to get buggered and fucked between the prequel time and dx1's time?

No it isn't.
That's not the point. Deus Ex was meant to be set in our timeline, in the real world. Human Revolution blatantly is not.

Tectonic activity causes California to fall into the ocean, and the US has a second civil war. Grey Death has been ravaging the planet for a few years. The EU has been completely subverted by MJ-12, but places like China are still relatively free of the Illuminati's influence.

Assuming you mean Malik, then who's the third?

None of that means we could ever make something like Hengsha in the next 10 years.

>take out a factory full of terrorists armed with automatic weapons who already killed several employees
>defuse a chemical bomb
>save all the surviving hostages
>no police losses
>BACK FROM THE KILLING FIELDS?

He had your back the entire time. Dude may act like a cunt, but he's secretly a bro.

Watching Elias Toufexis play Human Revolution and make his own lines for Jensen was an amusing experience.

>Urk, are these my guts?

link?

here you go, bud
