There are 9! possible playthroughs of tic tag toe. Since playing a corner or side is actually indistinguishable from any other corner or side at the start, there's technically only 3 options at the start so divide 9! by 3. You can use this logic on any choice that can be flipped to resemble another one so it's even less.
