Vegetto and Mr. Satan are probably January's reveals if we get any, and the final additions to the standard roster.

how the hell would UI Goku even work? he really doesn't have many unique attacks (but his movement does look really cool and would look cool in game), and we'd definitely get just SSJ Vegito over Blue. Feel like it's much more iconic and well known, and could also just go Blue for his level 3 super.

By the time they begin work on UI Goku and Jiren, they will have fought again in the anime. Their movesets would be more fleshed out. As for Vegito, it could go either way really.

that's true, but even then, I feel like other characters would work over Goku #3 (potentially #4). I'd imagine an arc systems UI Goku would look incredibly impressive on screen, but I think it'd be best if they did an entirely new character rather than another form of Goku. As much as I dislike Kefla and Ribrianne, they both offer a decent amount of moveset potential that could be cool to see in game.

Bardock is 100% confirmed. Japanese are wetting their pants over him, hence why he is in every game.

Yamcha, 16, Ginyu.
Bardock has enough material from both the ova and special, and from past video games. He was also in Extreme Butoden which means he has an existing moveset that Arcsys already created.

A lot of the games give him an animal-like fighting style that's cool to look at.

Could use Final Spirit Cannon, Super Saiyan, Riot Javelin, and maybe even turn Great Ape for his supers.

They're listed in the end of the newest trailer, but they're in Japanese.

People overthinking the songs. It’s just the exact ones JPN Xenoverse 2 anime songs DLC had because in Japan they’re doing a deal if you own the Xenoverse 2 anime song pack, the FighterZ one is discounted.

Yamcha, 16 and Ginyu do have elements making them interesting to build an actual gameplay and moveset around them, Bardock honestly doesn't have any interesting quirk that'ld make his gameplay interesting.

Add Cooler and Janemba as alternates to the GT dummies and that list is accurate. GT may be popular in spicland but everybody else hates it and everything except the bloat-roster shitpost games have done their best to erase any hint of GT in any way.
