You can save the game using Playstation Networks cloud storage and use it to return to before the Final boss and get the other ending.

You literally just need to quit out before you eat any umbilical cords, go to Save Data Management, then backup the save to a thumb drive or to the cloud. Then simply do all three endings.

I platinumed Bloodborne in 10 days, going in blind and never having played a Souls game before.

The game is infamous for dying in, that's why all of you people think you're some kind of l33t gamer for having played it. You're not though, it's designed for millennials. It's easy under the guise of being some l33t difficulty challenge game. Perfect to give you the sense of satisfaction of having achieved something, when in reality, nothing worthwhile has been achieved.
