Get Disgaea 5. It's really good. RPGs are fantastic for handheld mode. Disgaea is hours of enjoyment and as long as you keep pumping the difficulty up it can offer any player a meaningful challenge. My best advice would be to spend as little time grinding as possible, making sure that whenever you do it's as efficient as you can manage.

If you find fun in throwing out punches over and over throughout the whole game, yeah sure, but otherwise no, game still feels very lackluster even with its finished content, I just quit after two weeks and came back during an punch-fest thing only to quit again a day after

Yeah, you can find tons of joy-con & console shells on Amazon or ching-chonk sites. Some even come with d-pad for the left joy-con.

Buy Pokken Tournament instead if you want a casual fighter

Xenoverse 2 is better and has more content if you want a casual fighting game expierence, Pokken is better if you want a competitive one.

Pokken is better for competitive play though. It's not anime licensed game tier button masher; it's actually designed as a competitive FGC game and has all of those systems and mechanics.

Pokken's still easier to get into then most competitive fighting games but if yu are expecting or wanting a casual fanservicey expierence a la the naruto or DBZ games you'll be dissapointed.
