Can Rex do it? Can he protect this smile?
trying to, but I'm bored after 35 hours playing this
To busy destroyin Nia's
Nia doesn't have a smile
He did what he set out to do user.
She did, once
I want to beat up Pyra then steal her memories.
Best cat, best blade and best girl!
hot
I want to fuck Pneuma.
>Good fanart with on-model proportions
>Pneuma
Merry Christmas indeed Now I just need a Homura version
>Hair is white not green
REEEEEEE! Why?!
She deserved to win the Rexbowl.
I tend to be really conservative with might fighting in JRPGs so she became my primary blade for Rex.
It's just the lighting. It's stil a really pale dull green there
She wins either way as both of them are her.
>smug graphics card.jpg
Merry Christmas you lot
How can they both be there at the same time. I thought they were all one person and just swapped personalities.
2 separate minds/personalities sharing one body. Their green unicorn fusion is the both of them mushing together into 1 mind.
One girl afraid of her power, so she split herself into two personalities.
Pneuma is dead. DEAD!
So, is this actually the first Jrpg where the MC ends up with two girls? They are two different person in the epilogue
Also has anyone see KOS-MOS heart to hart scenes? I was wandering what they could be about.
She lives on in our memories
It feels as though he only loves one of them and the other is technically duct taped to the other.
That's because you have about five neurons to rub together and didn't pay attention.
Kind of sort of? I personally only accept one pair as romantic canon, thought you're free to believe whatever.
I think a lot of elements of Xenoblade 2 are inferior to the first game, but the soundtrack managed to surprise me and in some cases exceed the original.

This song and the Mor Ardain Day theme are excellent.
Beyond that, I think the battle system is much better, and Zeke and Nia are total bros.
Didn't care for much else besides the surprising way that it ties into the first game without detracting from its quality.
I hope the next Monolithsoft game has a lot more polish than this janky-but-good mess.
Nah far from it
The one will yellow hair is in love with her old driver.
What did the choice changed by the way? the one where you choose how you'll call Pneuma.
>People are still posting this
>Despite the fact she didnt even work on this game
Pyra is just a creation of Mythra's mind. You can't have one without the other
It also changes who welcomes Rex at the end of the game
Rex just starts calling Pneuma by whatever name you chose in cutscenes as well as in battle,
plus it changes the ending eeeeever so slightly. It's nothing ground-breaking mind you
>yfw Pyra is Mythra's tulpa
Skies of arcadia alsp ended in harem.
They're technically separate so Mythra can go and find her own man instead of trying to steal her sister's.
>People keep taking your shitpost 201% too seriously
Poor Soraya. I'd almost like it to be true since I'm a Homura-fag, but a bloody shit-post tweet really isn't indicative of anything.
Pyra's her own individual regardless of whether Mythra created her or not. If they wanted to push the "muh original" angle they've would've had Mythra delete her upon awakening, or have Pyra go through some dumb angsty "I'm the fake" character arc.
But Pyra is still a product of how Myhtra secretly wishes to be.
Soraya's headcanon is that Pyra was Mythra's imaginary friend.
Its a good thing she didnt have anything to do with the game or that would matter
Mythra certainly feels like the real one since she can force herself in independent of the player's will.
The game clearly wants you to use Myyhra hence the lack of any other Light element blades for those not lucky enough to pull KOS-MOS. It's a major reason I ultimately grew more attached to Mythra
^ That's also part of Soraya's head-canon. It was in the original JPN tweet.
Opposite story for me. I went out of my way to continue using Pyra even if it was technically inefficient. Didn't real feel right otherwise. Only when I reeeeeeally needed to wail on something would I start a battle with Mythra.
clean rip of this masterpiece when
youtube.com
When mythra showed up I was wholly expecting pyra to be pushed out of the story
Pyra is the canon heroine. She gets miles more development with Rex than Mythra, who just pops in every now and then to drop some exposition about Torna and none of her interactions with Rex ever stray deeply into the romantic category.
What? When is that scene? I just finished the game and I don't remember this.
Post credits
At the very end of the game , when they return in the scene after the credits, one of them silently mouths something. The name you pick determines which one's lips you see moving
Oh, ok
Jesus Christ people this is not difficult to understand.
When resonating with the Aegis Core Addam was horrified of the power, so Pneuma split herself into two weaker halves. Neither of them is "the real one" and the game makes it exceedingly clear that Rex loves both of them equally.
Too bad youre some fat neckbeard who couldnt even protect hismelf if some 11yo tries to rob him.
>Tell me, do you love this world?
>...Yes. Nia, Azurda... and you, Rex. I love this world because you're in it.
>Pyra will never confess to you like this
It's a bit of a shame that this is the game's main song and yet all I'll ever think of when I hear it is TODAY
This. Mythra gets a cute scene or two with Rex (ECCHI and lap pillow), but they never felt like they had the blatant romantic undertones that I felt every time Rex and Pyra interacted. Whether Mythra likes Rex romantically is another question, but I'm pretty confident in saying Rex doesn't particularly like Mythra romantically.
The game still makes it clear that mythra is the stronger of the two
Wow one of the best fan arts ive seen. Kinda disappointed we never got a single kiss.
Why would a fucking computer have a gender?
Why has nobody uploaded the cutscene music from Chapter 10?
For this chapter only, the music doesn't lower with the voices in the Event Theater. There's a few great songs that haven't uploaded yet.
Someone please do this, I beg of you.
How is that in any way relevant?
It's very relevant which one I will grow more attached to in the game play in the storytelling
>the game makes it exceedingly clear that Rex loves both of them equally
It really doesn't.
Gameplay sure, personal attachment sure, storytelling I don't know. Rex isn't a self-insert character after all.
The moment mythra shows up and anyone shows up wanting to talk to the Aegis, Mythra is the one they talk to.
If the game didn't want him to love them equally, it wouldn't have given the player the choice
>Please... she's right there...
>You'll be fine... without me now.
If there was no room for self-insertion, they wouldn't let you pick Rex's favorite sword slut.
We literally had a cutscene showing the depths of his heart and it showed a peaceful domestic life with both of them. Go write fanfic if you want to wallow in your headcanon.
Play Muv luv. MC fucks a quantum computer
The choice existed specifically for the player. Regardless of whether you prefer her or not, the story shoves Pyra down your throat, but there would've inevitably been players who preferred Mythra. If they didn't give you a choice there, people would be complaining to no end.
They were also players who preferred Nia but they didn't give them a choice
Because they would've had to rewrite a huge proportion of the story for that to work.
Pyra/Mythra is basically stuck together and interchangeable in some ways.
What would even happen if you chose Nia?
Nia needs to lose canonically.
Yes and the mythra choice is thete because the story clearly shows he has affection for both and no rewrites are necessary
Just contrarians user.
Why settle for anything other than peak performance?
I would have enjoyed the fallout from an end where they didn't come back and Rex is canonically forced to settle for Nia
Have it your way I guess
I use Mythra and Nia about equally. Pyra is the one I never touch anymore
>Becomes a gundam
>Kiss a gundam girl
REEEEEEE! TRANS-AM!!!
>Implying Nia cares anymore by then
Malos pls
Pyra likes Rex and Rex likes her back.
Mythra probably likes Rex because of Addam and Rex kind of likes her because Mythra is a part of Pyra.
Mythra really is just a 3rd wheel.
>settle for
>implying Nia wasn't the best choice from the very beginning
>implying Nia isn't the best fit for Rex based on age and stature
>implying Nia and Rex wouldn't have the most fun adventures as a spunky young couple in the DLC expansion
Only the girl of which name's you decide to call Pneuma ends up actually confessing her love to Rex in the post-credit scene, the other ends up with a platonic relationship.
>Aegis' reflect their owners personalities
So Addam was a tsundere asshole who wanted to fuck little boys?
Explains why he sealed Mythra away
You realize that people can fall in love again after their lover dies, right?
nice headcanon.
How autistic are you that you keep spamming this shit? Stop bothering us with it, and more importantly stop bothering Soraya with it.
I know all of this is it pains me. The only solace I get is in that short bit of banter where Rex sounds like he's not completely against the idea
why do people like mythra more?
I used her more.
>lover
Even despite the fact that thats the head-cannon of someone who had nothing to do with the game.
Its really obvious Addam didn't give a fuck about her romantically. Hes the one who was batshit terrified of her WMD powers so he sealed her away remember.
I mean that was the whole point of chapter 7, Rex loves them and Addam didn't.
Pyra stops being cool after the campfire scene.
Being a tsundere makes her more appealing/interesting to some on the surface at least.
...
>not "Fortitude" on the wall picture
So close
you almost got it but it should said "fortitude" ibstead.
Why does the cat girl turn into a fox?
