Is it worth 10 dollars?

yes
Honestly it's a lot of fun. Don't listen to the people who are bad at it
you cant beat it without dying so dont bother
Yes, very good game
Yeah, the DLC parts are some of my favorite parts in the entire DS series
bleed builds are apparently shit
Where do you get that armor set?
No
So?
>he doesn't invade with a bleed ladle
It's not an absolutely horrible game. I got it for $20. It's really fun to play with a randomizer mod.
fishing for bleed is fun in ds1 and 3
Yes, it’s enjoyable but quite obviously the worst in the series
yes
good luck getting it
It's pretty easy if you savescum
Id say yes if you've never played it because compared to most games these days its god tier, but just remember its absolutely as bad as everyone says it is
kill yourself
yes
With $10, you could buy a 6 pack, some food, and still have money leftover for an actual good game.
Just think about that.
Which store has it for 10 dollars?
In what fucking country does a 6 pack cost less than $13
noway, hold out for a $9 sale
take a guess
Are you getting paid those 10 dollars? Otherwise no.
A ton of people have gotten it.
Steam?
6 pack in 'murrica is around 8-9 dollars for piss water. Dunno how how hes getting food and another game out of that too though.
yes
how about anywhere in europe except norway?
>game has extremely comfy atmosphere
>god tier UI, best in the series by a vast margin
>almost all the levels and bosses are boring and unmemorable or just plain shit, combat feels like shit due to the comically bad sound effects and floatyness
Why is life so unfair
It's the Forlorn set, every time you kill a Forlorn dark spirit Straid of Olaphis sells you a piece of it. You gotta kill 4 of them for every armor piece.
>combat feels like shit due to the comically bad sound effects and floatyness
it's the best lumberjack simulator desu
You should be paid to play this fucking piece of shit.
Yeah, it's a good game but the worst in the series
I say yes.
This is the mindset with which people end up with a giant library of Steam indie games they never play
extremely worth it
I liked joining the ratty covenant and then using sublime bone dust on the area to make my minions stronger.
I have 15$
DS2 SotFs or DS3 without dlc's?
Scholars. Just get DS3 when they finally put the dlc for sale too.
its a great game. even though its the weakest in the souls borne series it has a lot of things going right for it
It's my second most played game of all time, so yes it's worth a couple of dollars. I used to pretend that I hated it. The hours don't lie.
Steam? Fuckin game go on sale pls
>I used to pretend that I hated it.
I had a similar experience. Was disappointed in vanilla, Scholars made me slowly change my opinion on the game.
It's definitely worth the 10 bucks, OP. Even if you don't feel like going through another playthrough, you're gonna get a lot of hours out of 10 bucks.
>Was disappointed in vanilla, Scholars made me slowly change my opinion on the game.
Same. Even dropped the vanilla game and picked it up to complete later.
Got Scholars for 10€ and put almost 500 hours in it. Even if it doesn't magically fix everything.
Just pulled the trigger. Only played 3 and BB. Recommend some fun builds for a first play through
My cousin (15 years old) who is a CoD/Trove/ and LOL faggot played Dark Souls 2 and finished it without dying.
Then he played it without using bonefires.
Then just carrying the torch on one hand.
Then without dying again and without bonefires.
If he can do all of that shit, probably you as a shitter can.
Without a doubt, it's far superior to dark souls 3
The mechanics are fundamentally fucked up. Even if you're a dexfag, you still have a ridiculous amount of recovery frames on each attack.
How active is DS2 on the PS4?
I can get it for like 5$ right now so i want to see if its worth it, i want to join the ratbros again.
any interesting mods for DSII?
You can, I've beaten it without dying and without using bonfires at the same time. I found that the way you have to approach the game to do this is significantly more fun than playing the game normally, it's just a shame you have to use bonfires to choose your spells making a magic no death no bonfire run basically impossible.
>Scholar of the first sin?
Yes
>Original?
No
Has anyone ever nodded DS2 to make it darker, so the torches actually have to be used as was originally intended? Thinking of trying GEM+GeDoSaTo
