Shadow Of The Colossus and RE4 would've been my first picks after OoT but I'm sure they'll come eventually. So far the Hall of Greats has been pretty reasonable.

Watching Damiani play Xenoblade 2 made me want to die. He actually didn't understand how blade combos worked for more than 40 hours nor did he get Poppi QTpi. Why is he allowed to steam games he's fucking terrible.

Bloodworth gave F Zero GX a 10, so I imagine he's pretty good at that, and Bosman got 100% on DK Tropical Freeze (no easy task). They're all probably pretty good at games bar Damiani.

Blood has never won a tournament or even got into the finals I think. Maybe not even Semifinals. Ian is good at games he really likes, but that's basically only the Souls game. I think he's even admitted he's shit at games.

It really bothers me that for some reason they all talk about Blood like he isn't in the room. And I feel like during group streams Ben and Huber should be separated or they end up just fucking off in the back loudly.

There's a certain level of aptitude in games that you can learn in a general sense. Yeah, you'll never be great at the kinds of games you don't play so often, but the EZA guys seem to be SHIT at anything that's not their specific type of game.

It's also irritating how frequently they all seem to jerk off over worldbuilding, lore, context, etc but when any of them streams a game they just fucking run past everything and never take a second to pay attention to any details, skip dialogue, fail to pick up on the most basic hints, and then complain that the game isn't handholding them at every single step. It's fucking painful to watch them play video games.

You won't, they would need to make massive changes. The way those games were designed was very impressive at the time, but now that the technical side isn't special they're just a bunch of simple minigames strung together by cutscenes and time restrictions. If you weren't in it back then you're going to have a hard time getting in it now. III might be ok though.

He'll say he always loved it more than the first game. It's fascinating that he thinks XC1 is better despite the poor pacing it has in terms of leveling. XC2 has zero grinding if you just have fun with it.

At first I thought that he just seemed fake because he's kinda socially awkward, but turns out he's actually just both fake and socially awkward.

The combat in XC2 puts it so far above XC1 it's not even funny. I do think XC1 has some higher highs in its story, but XC2 is consistently better and doesn't fall apart at the end. In fact *end game spoilers for XC2* I think it actively makes the ending of XC1 better which is an amazing feat.

But yeah it felt good being able to actually fight enemies 3 levels above myself without missing every other attack.

Is the podcast up yet? I like to listen to it while I lay in bed to sleep.
