Who thought this was a good idea?
Who thought this was a good idea?
It would honestly be fine if it just automatically used anything in your available stock.
I love the concept, using your blade's for practical problem solving like tracking or getting more dialogue out of someone in quests. As having to manually pick them is the only issue. It's not even a big one, just a minor nuisance.
That would make the mechanic useless. I had like 20 blades with Dark Mastery, but I can't equip all 20, so I can't have Dark Mastery lvl 7 if I just have 20 commons on Rex and Nia with Dark Mastery lvl 1.
The game should just not pause to show you that screen, and it should also highlight which blades that you own have the required field skills
O SAKANA O SAKANA
It honestly makes chests feel really rewarding to get into. Like I finally got into to the white chest in Bana's bedroom last night. Sucked only getting a common with 3 crowns from the Legendary Core though.
That wouldn't be a problem if they didn't stack. It would still be a lot more meaningful to need a single level 3 dark blade than 7 level 1 shitters.
You can skip each individual check by pressing A once. Speeds things up a bit.
cant you backup your console saves, then delete and restore?
Also would rater not half 10+ blades chime in every time I use an item spot
This. I fucking hate having to sort though all my blades just to open a door or some shit.
I guess but since you can farm Legendary cores I'd rather not scum it.
You can press A to skip the quotes. The only one you're forced to listen to is the first one.
Who thought expanding her breasts every cutscene was a good idea?
I honestly liked her better before her glasses became clear.
Is this just meme? It honestly just seems like angle trickery. sometimes they even look smaller
Better question, who thought this bitch's questline was a good idea?
Man, fuck Iona. And fuck Rex. It was absolutely her fault Vandham got killed.
Everyone's counting on me! I gotta step it up!
Why does every switch game seem to use the same asstastic italic font?
Why do people nitpick small ass things in this game? Xenoblade Chronicles 1 had way more annoying shit and no one cared. I'm only 20 hours in to XC2, but so far it is miles ahead of XC1 in every single way.
that doesn't work because you'll have 10 lvl1 shitters instead of one skilled BLADE.
When can I equip three blades?
WE ARE
end of chapter 3 I think
after Ch3
Because no one played XC1.
This could be solved easily. Instead of forcing you to swap out for field skills, the game just checks your blade stock to see if you could do it. Giving the same prerequisites without forcing you to stop everything to switch out would be ideal.
I think the idea would be the game would auto fill out blades based on your party capacity. So if you had enough open spaces in your party to it Dark Mastery lvl 7 it would pick blades that could do it. It would take a bit of work, but it wouldn't be that big a deal to implement.
But the people who reviewed XC1 played it and rated it higher which makes no sense
>TONS of bullshit kill/collect sidequests with ZERO story
>no indication AT ALL where you could find items or enemies
>Some quests only showed up for 2-3 hours in a day so you had to run around every city 3-4 times just to get them all
>really terrible and slow combat until you get Fiora
>Affinity system makes you use terrible party comps (like having no tank or healer) for hours on end just to unlock traits and Heart to Hearts
>enemies and NPCs only spawn when you're right next to them
I could go on, but every single one of these has been addressed in XC2 yet it still gets rated lower.
Padding.
