Most games have trophies for some completely pointless shit that has no context in the game outside just doing it for the trophy. For example why the fuck would I ever use every character's special skill in tales of xillia 150 times over the course of the whole game unless I were doing it intentionally for the trophies. I'm not doing that shit, fuck that. You can keep your gay platinum trophies because you're a pathetic retard if you grind that shit out for nothing other than a little chime and a dope rush from accomplishing some fake task a metrosexual in an office park made up. That being said I have 11 plats since 2013 because some games give you all the trophies for just completing all the content like normal.

Why do you care what kind of sense of accomplishment neckbeards get? Care about your own sense of accomplishment.

What class are you playing as? If you rank up demolitionist or berserker perks enough it becomes pretty easy. Also play offline by yourself. The boss's HP increases with more players on your team. Soloing it is literally easier than have a full team of competent players.

I don't think I've "platinumed" a single game because I'm too lazy to go out of my way for that one pointlessly obscure achievement. Case in point, Dark Souls. I have over 700 hours played and every achievement except getting a fire weapon to +10 because there's absolutely no reason during gameplay to +10 any fire weapon.

Commando main. Maybe I just suck but when dealing with big enemies, it feels almost impossible with his loadout.

Are you playing solo or with a group? Because the difficulty difference between the two is pretty ridiculous. I feel like I barely make a dent on the bosses hp with a group. Ended up taking away huge chunks of hp when I did it solo.

My stats are only ok, I've gotten out of my "most get every trophy for every game" phase. Now I only plat games if I love them

Yeah the time trials were a pain in the ass on hard. On Normal they were not so bad. Ico was a fucking bitch though and I have TLG hidden because fuck trying to complete that game in under 4 hours.

It's funny how the only people who truly get upset over achievements are the guys who are total shit at games and hate that everyone can see it.

If you don't care about grinding when going for platinums, get it. One of, if not the best musou games I've ever played just for the size of the roster. May or may not apply to you, but it was also a plus for me because it was my first experience with the Samurai Warriors characters, so I got to experience pretty much half of the roster for the first time.

If you care about trophy hunting, I'll let it be known that it was probably one of the grindiest platinums I've ever gotten. Worst offenders are obtaining mystic weapons for all 145 characters, completing Gauntlet Mode (which I believe you'll have to do at least 5 times if I remember right), and the completing all requests in Gauntlet mode is actual hell

I got SFV at launch and hit Gold within a month. It shouldn't be too hard now because all the decent players are at least Platinum. Getting 1 million fight money was much harder because it required me beating Hard Survival 8 times, and Extreme Survival, 4 times.

I had no idea how to play mahjong when I picked up Yakuza 0. I learned as I played and it's now my favorite minigame in the series. It's actually fun and mitigates the luck required for some of the completion list.

Xenoverse 2 wasn't too bad. Grinding all the skills in Xenoverse 1 was though
