This is not an issue of hiring someone that isn't cream of the crop amazing, we're talking about hiring someone who's below your average nobody-youtube content creator, we're talking about someone less knowledgeable than average forum posters. Someone with less expertise and a worse vocabulary than posts on reddit that get less than 50 upvotes on their video game thought pieces.
