I prefer playing on an actual console as the motion controls in cemu are pretty fucked and they are basically mandatory in the game. Shame the wii u gamepad cannot be used with cemu.

Wasn't nearly as responsive for me compared to the real thing, there was a slight delay to it and it was too sensitive. Maybe I just set it up wrong.

I have R5-1400 (3,7GHz OC) and 1050 Ti build and already finished BoTW @1440p
FPS still dips to ±28 in villages, 30-35 open plains, stable 60 fps inside shrine.

Is there a hack to extend the draw distance yet?

I know they figured out how to remove the distance fog, but that just makes the already low draw distance for high detail grass and foliage look even worse

Probably. I own a Switch and the DS4 works basically the same as the Switch Pro. At this point I prefer Cemu since it just looks so nice

nigga just follow the tutorial OP posted, it tells you how to get cemu and all the add-ons you need (graphics packs, crash workarounds, etc), and it tells you how to download games, updates and dlc
watch the video a couple of times and setting up cemu will be a breeze, the hardest part is managing all the shit you have to download and setting up the shader, and even then those aren't too difficult

while I'd typically be inclined to agree, the old 7870 I tried it with was barely being touched at all on gpu/mem load, but any cores I let cemu use were constantly pinned and the poor thing was sucking as much voltage as I could feed it, all for a choppy 15-20 FPS if I looked at a cliff or 5-8 looking outside while my GPU would run cool and even clock down as the game stuttered if I didn't force its clocks up

I've got an RX 580 now and I tried it a while back, well before this update, and I had the exact same performance (except this card was even more unused)

how do the older i5's do? I have a 3570k and with the older versions (1.7 or 1.8 or something) I was getting like 10-20ish in the starting area, pretty much unplayable. Given I didn't use any mods and pretty much just did the shader thing.
