TL;DR: Shitposters are running rampant and a IRC group has moved in to secure control of /vr/oom with tyrant jannies that censor anybody who's views or opinions conflict with their own. As long as you suck the Circlejerk's dicks and parrot anything they say, they're free to shit all over the thread and drag it down into the morass, whilst genuine contributors get shafted and attacked.
TL;DR: Oppressive, manipulative group of people that wants to destroy the generals. Common tactics include namedropping, bitching about filters, and other nuances. Janitor keeps bragging about his exploits, which is grounds for being stripped of this position.
