Planning on running 40/40 Claymore in pvp. Should I run turbo or supercharger ascension?

The turbo will give you harder hitting top end once you're up to speed. There's really no limit to your upper threshold so long as you keep momentum going. Just keep in mind the start up delay.

Where as if you roll with a supercharger, you'll have dependable damage output regardless of momentum. But you'll do less top end damage than a turbo on the same build.

So far the balance in this game is great. But the scrubs will complain and we'll get nerfs rolling in, so don't get too attached to a build.
